Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ELVA website, and purchases from ELVA. By accessing or using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.
Purchases & order acceptance
- When placing an order you must provide accurate personal information necessary to fulfill the order (name, contact details, shipping address, payment details).
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or typographical errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment authorization.
- Prepaid orders are dispatched only after payment authorization and clearance.
Prices & payment
- Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. ELVA may change prices at any time; changes do not affect already accepted orders.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery.
- You are responsible for customs, duties and taxes.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Once processed and dispatched cancellation is not possible—contact info@elva-eg.com immediately to request cancellation; we will attempt to stop processing but cannot guarantee success.
Trademark & intellectual property
- ELVA name, logo and trademarks are ELVA property and protected by law. No rights to use any trademark are granted without prior written permission.
- All content on the Service (text, images, designs) is owned or licensed by ELVA and protected by copyright.
User conduct
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, infringe others’ rights, or upload harmful content.
Third-party links & services
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. ELVA is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or services. Use external links at your own risk.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- The Service and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELVA disclaims all warranties (express or implied) regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- ELVA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or products. ELVA’s aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the price paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ELVA harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Egyptian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at our discretion. If changes are material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice by posting updated Terms on the Service or emailing affected customers.
