Delivery — Egypt

How to order: Add your address at checkout to view shipping charges. Orders are processed after acceptance for COD.

Delivery time: standard domestic delivery is 3–7 business days from time of order acceptance (subject to courier availability and destination).

Shipping charges: All orders are subject to shipping fees (calculated per governorate) shown at checkout.

Delivery attempts & pickup: couriers will attempt delivery. If delivery fails the parcel may be returned to ELVA and you will be notified. You may be asked to arrange redelivery or collect from a designated pickup point; additional fees may apply.

Guaranteed delivery & delays: we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery windows. Delays caused by customs, force majeure, or courier partner issues are outside ELVA’s control.

Returns & Exchanges — Egypt

Damaged, wrong or missing items: notify ELVA within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Change of mind returns: 14 days from delivery date for unused items in original condition with labels and original packaging intact.

Exchanges: available within 30 days from delivery for non-defective items (subject to stock availability).

Condition of returns: items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels, packaging and any included designer accessories (dust bag, authenticity card, tags). Footwear must be returned with its shoebox in good condition; soiled soles will void the return.

Return pickup & processing: pickup attempts are usually completed within 1–3 working days. Our working days are Sunday–Thursday (weekends and public holidays excluded). After we receive and inspect the return, refunds or exchanges are processed—inspection may take up to 7 working days.

Refunds & timeline

Cash on Delivery: refund options include Store Credit, E-Wallets, or Bank Transfer.

  • Store Credit: processed 1–2 working days after approval.
  • E-Wallets / Bank transfer: processed 2–3 working days after approval; bank transfers may take up to 14 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Deductions & shipping fees: refunds may be reduced by original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping fees if stated. Refunds are processed after quality inspection approval.

Rejected returns & failed delivery: if a returned item is rejected on inspection we will return it to you within 3–7 business days without refund. If delivery fails and the product is returned to ELVA, you may request redelivery or collection; shipping charges may apply.

How to return

Pack the item with all original packaging and accessories.

Email info@elva-eg.com with your order number, reason for return and photos (if damaged/incorrect).

Customer care will guide you through pickup/drop-off and packing instructions.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
